Lynn Reaser, the chief economist at the Point Loma Nazarene University Fermanian Business and Economic Institute, was commissioned last year to conduct an economic impact study about the potential economic impact of the emerging field of biomimicry. Now, almost one year later, Dr. Lynn Reaser will announce the Da Vinci Index, as a means of measuring progress in the field of biomimicry and bioinsipiration.
