Inspired by the program “Case Study House” created by the architect Pierre Koenig in the 60s, the new modular buildings launched by the company Alsatian Archi-design, enable the design of buildings by assembling different modules. Discovery!
The manufacture and use of healthy materials can guarantee 100% bioclimatic building, the assembly time short, a cost per square meter less than 750 euros for a flawless finish and “ready to decorate” (about 60,000 euros to 80m ² ). Construction time is reduced to its simplest expression and is fully compliant site (zero waste) because the modules are assembled in the day to a house up to 100m ² (3 modules). Construction techniques are the same as for traditional wooden houses, which gives the building the same durability over time than a traditional house and a very low energy (possibility of passive house). Economical, clean and customizable, a project to follow!
